This healthcare organisation, based in the inner city suburbs, require a temporary Director of Business Operations. This position will beresponsible for overseeing three key departments and strategic assets. As an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director will ensure a coordinated approach across all programs and teams, strategically advising on priorities and alignment with other programs internally.
About the role:

• Translating complex policy into actionable plans using resources effectively and efficiently
• Interpretcomplex data to identify themes to guide improvement whilst being savvy to political and professional sensitivities
• Supporting multiple teams and staff to develop and maintain skills, competencies and knowledge, and work in an agile and responsive manner in response to reform
• Identify and engage with experts and other key stakeholders to inform and develop strategy implementation
• Work with key stakeholders to maintain meaningful engagement and increase the profile of the organisation
• Lead and apply best-practice project management methodologies to ensure timely achievement of deliverables and performance targets
• Overseeplanning and project activities

To be successful you will have:

• Demonstrated experience within a similar role, at senior management or director level
• Government or Healthcare experience will be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management expertise
• A strategic approach and a commitment to continuous improvement
• A proactive attitude towards and self-motivated
