A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Diploma Room Leader to join our team at our Erskineville Location.

About you

• Diploma qualified
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within Early Childhood
• Knowledge of NQS and EYLF
• Passionate and committed to high qualify of early childhood and education
• Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
• Current First Aid &
  CPR Certificate
• Current Working with Children Check

About the role

• Lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence
• Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Driving initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all documentation, of children's learning, is visible and accessible to families.
• Liaising with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges.
• Assisting with the implementation of programs and experiences to meet the needs of individual children.
• Ensure a high level of health &
  safety standards are maintained at all times
