We are currently searching for Digital Instructional Designers join us at a pivotal time as we build a market leading training offering at Motion Industries.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work closely with our Subject Matter Experts and videography team to scope, script and capture engaging technical content to include in modules
• Use Articulate 360 to incorporate content into engaging design, ensuring that modules are effective in transferring knowledge
• Create and maintain learning programs and pathways within Workday

About you:

To be able to hit the ground running and considered for this role, you'll need to show us your experience in the following areas:

• Applying instructional design concepts, including adult learning principles, eLearning activities and assessments
• Experience working with videographers and technical experts
• Proficient in using Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday
• Advanced use of Articulate 360 software
• Able to project manage delivery of modules, in budget and on time
