About the role

This role manages the communications across the College's digital communications channels. These include the website, social media and email marketing.

It involves content creation as well as coordinating and advising content owners across the College on developing their content, scheduling it and best practice web publishing;
search engine optimisation (SEO) stewardship;
and monitoring and reporting.It oversees the digital strategy - ensuring digital content is in line with it and recommending improvements to the strategy based on reporting insights - and inputs into the development of the wider communication strategy.

This role will also assist with strategic and operational communications, implementing integrated communications and marketing plans to support objectives across digital, brand and member experience.

Skills and experience

- Experience in developing and implementing effective digital strategies.
- Demonstrated experience preparing high quality content for various target groups including digital content.
- Experience in engagement and segmentation of stakeholders through digital platforms.
- Experience in writing content for various print and electronic mediums.
- Experience working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and juggling their competing expectations and demands.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple projects on time and within budget.
- Sound skills in the analysis of data in the development of plans and recommendations of actions, including reporting.
- Clear and effective communication, presentation and written skills.
- Experience in web publishing - SiteCore, social media management, MS 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics.
