- Oversee all team Key Performance Indicators
- Facilitate weekly team meetings
- Offer Property Management training and personalized coaching
- Stay abreast of legislation changes and industry trends
- Enhance process efficiencies
- Maintain transparent communication with property owners and tenants
The Candidate:
- Prior experience as a Senior Property Manager or Team Leader
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- A professional demeanor that fosters client trust
- Robust organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in property management software
- Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate ESSENTIAL
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
