About Our Client
This is an ambitious mid tier firm with a footprint throughout south eastern Australia and a very strong track record of developing client relationships through the pursuit of exceptional talent.
They're seeking to bolster middle management though the hiring of a quality lead technical candidate with a background in electrical, systems or aerospace engineering, although related disciplines would be considered, as would an experienced contract/commercial professional.
Job Description
You'll help engage and retain key clients through quality service delivery of advisory services. You'll be expected to mentor and develop your own junior staff as well as seek opportunities to further grow your consulting footprint.
The Successful Applicant
You may have recently left the ADF and are seeking to spread your commercial wings, or even be an aspirational senior consultant or manager within a 'Big 4' or similar. What is critical is that you offer ambition and the ability to relate to people, through programs and successful projects within a wider defence environment.
