Customer Service Team Member

Seafood Delight is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team at our Chester Hill location.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience not needed - training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle the pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to work at least 3/4 days a week
- Good level of english
