Your new role
Working with a large not-for-profit health fund acrossmultiple branches in Perth, this organisation is seeking 2 full-time CustomerService Officers (Joondalup &
Booragoon) and 1 part-time Customer ServiceOfficer (Cannington) to join their teams!
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service and sales toclients over the phone and face-to-face
Knowledgeable of company service offerings, providingaccurate information to clients
Developing strong relationships with clients, with a'member's first' mindset
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in retail, sales or customer service
Tech-savvy, able to quickly pick up on systems andprocesses
Great communication skills, ability to build rapportwith clients
Enjoys working in a team environment
The successful candidate will be expected to commit toa week of training in Sydney, accommodation will be provided.
