Leading Insurance Company - Contact Centre Role - 12-month fixed contract + perm opportunity - Full Time

Your new role
As part of the Client Service team, you'll support new and existing valued clients and assist them with their insurance needs.
Learning and understanding company insurance products.
Answering inbound calls and handling customer enquiries
Accessing customer accounts and their insurance policies.
Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.
Recommending available products.
Forwarding customers to the Sales team and Area Managers when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded.
Typing up complaint reports for lodgement and resolving complaints where possible
Additional role details;
12-month fixed contract with a potential permanent opportunity
Full-Time hours, Monday - Friday
Toowoomba based
Hybrid / Work from home arrangements are considered after the 6-month probation period.
8-12 weeks of training with ongoing support
What you'll need to succeed
Proven Customer Service experience
High level of communication, empathy and resilience
Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and have good attention to detail
