Catering Project is seeking a Customer Service Agent casual or part-time weekend to work with as part of the sales team to assist in-bound client requests and orders.
The successful candidate will provide follow up support to our existing customer base relating to past orders whilst also encouraging repeat purchase through understanding Catering Project products and current market trends.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*
Answering inbound calls &
emails regarding customer enquiries such as delivery questions, questions regarding food preparation and the occasional complaint.
Reporting on key metrics to provide insight into the success rate of outbound marketing efforts &
current customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback and input into areas for development in terms of new products and offerings based off consumer feedback and frontline information.
*REQUIRED SKILLS:
*
1 years experience in a similar role will be essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Successful track record in managing workload and KPIs
Highly organised and motivated to succeed
Interest in hospitality and food services
Excellent Customer Service skills required
*Must be available weekend*
Job Types:
Part-time, Casual
Pay:
$33.00 – $38.00 per hour
Expected hours:
22.8 – 30.4 per week
