JOB DESCRIPTION
Join Team Global Express (TGE) as a Customer Integration Applications Manager and play a vital role in overseeing and managing our portfolio of Customer Integration applications, including Salesforce.Com and WebMethods. Your expertise and leadership will ensure the development, implementation, and support maintenance of these applications, guaranteeing their stability, performance, and security. You'll set strategies, develop plans, and establish operational standards to successfully deploy and support Customer Integration applications, meeting customer expectations and growth targets.
Primary Duties &
Responsibilities:
Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of Customer Integration applications, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
Manage all components, including AWS and reporting for customers, configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving technical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and ensure seamless functionality.
Monitor and optimize application performance, implementing best practices.
Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies, managing user access controls and monitoring security threats.
Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users, conducting regular system audits for data accuracy.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Desirable Qualifications &
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience leading technical teams in a digital or customer-focused environment at a management level.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in developing customer and digital integration solutions.
Strong background in data analysis, quality assurance testing, and software development.
Track record of meeting budgets and timelines in a customer-centric environment.
Ability to create and execute a customer-first strategy.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills &
Capabilities:
Strong technical expertise in Customer Integration related platforms (particularly WebMethods) including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
Proficient in integration with Active Directory and other identity and user access related applications. A good understanding of security principles, encryption, and authentication systems.
Knowledge of CRM technologies and architectures, particularly covering Salesforce.Com.
Experience with managing customer data and developing customer-focused applications.
Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining custom front-end applications or user interfaces for enterprise applications, utilizing modern content management and web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
