The Role:

Creative Leadership:
Develop and implement innovative culinary concepts that set new standards in the industry.
Team Mentoring:
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Service Standards:
Uphold and enhance the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service across all venues.
New Projects:
Drive the culinary vision for new restaurant openings and other exciting projects in our growth pipeline.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with executive management to shape the strategic direction of the culinary operations.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
Supplier Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with top-quality suppliers to ensure the best ingredients are used.

Candidate Profile:

Background:
Must have experience in multiple hatted restaurants or Michelin-starred establishments.
Creativity:
A visionary with a passion for culinary arts and a proven track record of innovative menu development.
Leadership:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a diverse team.
Standards of Excellence:
Commitment to maintaining the highest culinary and service standards.
Project Management:
Experience in leading new restaurant openings and other significant culinary projects.

Salary &
Benefits:

Salary banding $180,000 - $200,000 plus super and performance-based bonus.
