Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance Incorporated, known as ACHA Health, is one of the largest private not-for-profit hospital groups in South Australia. ACHA Health comprises Ashford Hospital, Flinders Private Hospital and The Memorial Hospital.

Flinders Private Hospital is seeking to recruit experienced Registered Nurses to join our fasted paced and dynamic Critical Care Unit. A fantastic opportunity in the private healthcare community for highly motivated candidates with extensive skill sets and sound knowledge of the standards pertaining to Intensive/Critical Care Nursing.

Flinders Private Hospital is a private not-for-profit 152 bed hospital which offers a range of specialties including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, ENT surgery, general medicine, general surgery, gynaecology, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, plastic &
reconstructive surgery,oncology and urology. Flinders Private Hospital has 9 operating theatres, a procedure room, 3 angiography labs, an Infusion Suite, a 24/7 Cardiac Emergency Service and a 10 bed level 3 critical care unit.

  • South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Two years' minimum experience as a Registered Nurse in a Critical Care environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of National Safety and Quality Service Standards, ACHA policies and procedures
  • Ability to manage risk
  • Sound knowledge of Critical Care standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong facilitation and coaching skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage under pressure with competing demands

Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) South Australian Branch - Nurses' &
Midwives - Enterprise Agreement - ('Agreement' or 'Enterprise Agreement')"
(salaries range between$35.69-$48.80 per hour).
