Job Description
This is a dynamic role where responsibilities can evolve with time. Initially, the Contracts Manager will focus on the post-award activities related to the Property portfolio, such as Solar, Electrical, and HVAC contracts, as well as supporting simple sourcing activities (gardening contracts for example).
The Successful Applicant
We are seeking a candidate with contract management experience in the Property/Facilities space, who possesses excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, collaborative, and capable of driving results in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
