We've been retained by a Perth headquartered client to help grow their team of consulting Solution Architects.
The role works with a diverse stakeholder base across a complex rail and supply chain network. Want to learn more?
Your new opportunity:

  • Here's your opportunity to leverage your prior software development, applications architecture (legacy &
    cloud) and technical integration skills on a growing enterprise site.
  • Reporting to the Head of Architecture, you'll be working as a consulting architect kicking off new initiatives, proof of concept work and if needed wrapping legacy projects.
  • This key applications cloud / solutions architect opportunity will involve working with various internal and external stakeholders, key vendor partners (SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, etc) and implementing their technology change program with a focus on software application integration (including SCADA) and performance improvement.

Importantly, You:

  • Briefly, you'll have passion and experience successfully completing similar roles in software technical architecture and applications consulting, with an ability for applying your skills and talent on large, multi-site environments.
  • In-depth commercial project experience gained in all stages of a technology project lifecycle will be required, with experience dealing with key tier one technology vendors, internal/external stakeholders etc.
  • Any methodology and process experience (TOGAF, UML etc) would be of value. Service Oriented Architecture, micro services knowledge is valued.
  • Knowledge of mainstream technologies and trends with a particular understanding of broad based cloud integration, PaaS, SaaS and related software solutions is key.
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification/s and/or industry certification/s would be of highly valued.
