As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will partner with clients to deliver a broad range of services that enhance wellbeing and workplace performance. You will scope solutions and deliver practical, evidence-based assessments and interventions, such as psychological risk reviews, cultural change, proactive wellbeing programs, and capability development for leaders and team members. Bringing together business consultancy, OD and mental health expertise with analytic and commercial skills, you will have a measurable impact on performance and wellbeing outcomes across Australian workplaces.

  • Experience consulting to organisations in mental health and wellbeing, workplace psychology, cultural change, leadership and related HR / OHS fields.
  • An unrelenting passion to create a better work environment in organisations and support people in their psychological wellbeing and performance.
  • Confidence and credibility when presenting and communicating a range of workplace strategies, solutions and topics to individuals, leaders and teams.
  • Qualification in Psychology, or related degree.
  • Registration with relevant industry body is desirable.
