Continuing growth now requires the appointment of a Construction Director to oversee all aspects of construction delivery for their power generation projects, from planning and design to execution and commissioning.

Working closely with the Engineering Director, the Construction Director, along with the project management team, will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

The Construction Director will develop and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders and provide leadership and direction to the construction team.

The appointed person will also manage project risks and ensure that appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.

The Construction Director will have excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills along with the ability to manage multiple projects with complex schedules and possess exceptional attention to detail.
