The Company:
Our client is a leading agency located in Sydney's Western Suburbs. This agency seeks an experienced property manager to oversee and manage a well-maintained portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial and retail properties. Join a strong property management department which offers loads of support and training.
The Role:
As a commercial property manager, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with business owners and large corporations on property matters
- Conducting rent reviews on small to large assets
- Working with solicitors on leasing documents and compliance
- Performing all property inspections
- Managing arrears
- Maintaining knowledge of relevant legislation
- Handling a mix of industrial, commercial, and retail properties
- Managing a portfolio of roughly 100 properties
The Candidate:
- At least 2 years experience in residential or over a year in commercial
- Experience with PropertyTree is ideal
- A confident and assertive personality with the ability to build rapport easily
- A strong ambition to build a successful career in commercial, industrial, and retail management
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
