Your New Role
Acting for public and significant private companies across property, mining, technology, media and energy and resources, you will be involved in a range of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
You can expect to act on the following:

• Contractual and commercial disputes;
  
• Shareholder and franchising disputes;
  
• Property and leasing disputes;
  
• Regulatory matters, administrative law as well as IT/IP and insolvency and recoveries.

Skills and Experience

• 4-6 years PAE in commercial litigation;
  
• Experience in property litigation;
  
• Excellent communication, technical skills and attention to detail;
  
• Exceptional drafting skills;
  
• Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines;
  
• Advanced interpersonal skills;
  and
• An activeand positive team member.
