You will join Partners who have distinguished legal careers and outstanding reputations.

The firm offers a practical commercial approach. Working with Australia's leading SMEs, high wealth individuals and family companies as their long-standing clients. There is plenty of work on offer, you do not need to focus on BD (if that is your preference) although strong people skills and networks will be appreciated.

You will be expert in;

• working from inception to completion on high value business sale and purchase transactions
• share sales and purchases
• business structuring
• undertaking initial seed capital fund-raising
• drafting and negotiating shareholder, unitholder and partnership agreements across various industries including FMCG, retail, medical and manufacturing.
• drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including supply agreements and T&
  Cs for clients across sectors such as health care, hospitality and technology.
• advising high net wealth individuals and family groups on tax effective structuring, business succession, and charitable giving and
• advising on complex estate planning matters.

This is a senior role, with an outstanding level of work, which is varied and challenging.
