About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team of clinical trial coordinators and research support staff to coordinate and establish clinical trials and research in the area of Haematology. This is an onsite role which includes practical coordination or nursing and medical care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary health care team.

About you:

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Clinical Research Team Lead (Haematology) who possess a passion for person centred care. We welcome applications from people who have extensive experience in clinical trials and the implementation and oversight of ICH GCP. Demonstrated clinical leadership in the development of clinical research coordinator, clinical practice and clinical trial management with the ability to mentor clinical trial coordinators is also highly desired.

Selection Criteria:

1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia.
2. Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.
3. Understanding of ICH-GCP principles and the SVH policy and procedures (research) or equivalent.
4. Extensive experience in clinical research trials particularly pharmaceutical.
5. Demonstrated clinical leadership in the development of clinical research coordination, clinical practice and clinical trial management and the ability to mentor junior trial coordinators.
6. Effective interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
7. Actively contributes to the professional development of self and others.
8. Demonstrated knowledge of financial management of trial budgets and CTMS database management.
