At Regis, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our Clinical Care team as a Clinical Nurse Educators or Nurse Trainers.

The Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for the planning and effective delivery of targeted clinical training, including on-the-job, 1:
1 coaching and small group training sessions to Regis employees in WA homes. The role will work closely with home management teams, senior Operations leaders and there will be collaboration with local clinical teams.
What we look for:
* Able to take clinical language and translate into simple, everyday language and examples (to suit year 10 education level)
* Strong clinical leader who is highly proficient in educating others.
* Ability to understand policy and interpret how it needs to be applied to effectively educate and coach staff.
* Proficient with Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Familiarity with Learning Management Systems would be advantageous.
* Registered Nurse - With current AHPRA and no conditions.
* Contemporary nursing knowledge and skill based on evidence-based practice
* Must be willing and able to complete a number of RN shifts as part of onboarding program Experience in Aged Care environments (highly desirable)
* Current drivers’ licence;
own car Daily car travel to attend facilities and workplaces Some intrastate travel (involving up to 3 nights away at a time)
* Current NDIS Worker Screening check Current, satisfactory police check
* Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or other qualifications in teaching / education is desirable
