We are in an exciting growth phase, and as a result we arelooking for a Clinical Lead - Psychologyand Counselling Services within our Mental Health andWellbeing Division. We can offer part-time or full time hours The role can be based in any of our Perth metro offices andwe also offer working from home arrangements. However, the roledoes require some travel to other offices, as necessary.

What's the role?

The Clinical Lead - Psychology and Counselling Services role isresponsible for building clinical excellence in Psychology andCounselling services across the business, as well as managing aclinical caseload. The role focuses on the education and support ofclinical staff and the development of the service ensuringcontemporary best practices are applied. You will manage a diversecaseload across NDIS and Private Services with a broad scope ofpresentations. The role provides senior support to the business invarious capacities, including clinical supervision, projectmanagement, portfolio work, providing specialist advice andguidance for clinical risk and complex presentations.

  • Therapy Focus support professional development in bestpractice, evidence-based interventions to meet clinicalexcellence. We support and prioritise staff to develop theirown learning and development plan to target their area ofspeciality and clinical skills to meet client requirements withaccess to a Psychologist for regular supervision.
  • Utilise Trauma-Informed and Domestic-Violence Informedframeworks within the Disability Sector

What's Required?

  • Relevant tertiary Qualifications in Psychology
  • Must have and maintain a current registration withAHPRA.
  • At least 8 years' experience as a psychologist teamedwith hands-on experience managing complex cases;
  • Proven experience with Psychological Assessment,Interventions and evidenced-based, best-practice.
  • Proven experience working with other mental health anddisability allied health practitioners and counsellors.
  • Board approved Supervisor or willing to complete relevanttraining
  • Experience providing clinical supervision and support forother therapists.
  • Demonstrated experience as a leader in the field insupporting quality service delivery in other therapists.
  • Demonstrated skills in networking with externalstakeholders.
  • A passion for ongoing learning and skill development todeliver best outcomes for the customers we support.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills teamedwith a flexible, can-do attitude, to engage and build rapportwith customers and their support networks and workcollaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team where you cancontribute positively to team culture and productivity.
