What you'll be doing
In this role you will be the lead for Acute Medicine and Palliative Care. Providing support to the pharmacy staff allocated to the Palliative ward and other clinical wards. You role will also be responsible for:
- Ensuring comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for outpatients and inpatients.
- Optimising patient outcomes through quality use of medicines.
- Providing drug information and education to healthcare professionals and patients.

Full Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions e.G., Bachelor of Pharmacy. - Registration:
Full Pharmacist registration with AHPRA with no restrictions to the scope of practice.
