Job Title: General Labourers - Machine Operators Location: Adelaide SA Employment Type: Full-Time / Casual with view to Permanent Pay Rate: $38.75 - $45/ hr + Super + OvertimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking motivated Civil Labourers to join our growing civil construction team for immediate start across local infrastructure projects. If you are a hands-on worker looking to expand your skills, operate plant machinery, and build a long-term career in civil construction, this is the opportunity for you. We actively invest in our team and offer a clear HR Truck Licence Pathway - we will support and train eligible candidates to gain their Heavy Rigid licence on the job.Key Responsibilities- General civil labouring duties (trenching, pipe laying, pit installation, site prep, and cleanup).- Safe operation of plant equipment, specifically Skid Steer (Bobcat) and Civil Rollers .- Assisting with earthworks, paving, and road construction tasks / Basic site maintenance and manual handling.- Adhering strictly to site health, safety, and environmental standards.What We Are Looking For- Previous experience in civil construction or earthworks.- Valid tickets for Skid Steer and Rollers (or proven competency).- Construction Induction Card (White Card) .- Valid Driver's Licence (C Class) and reliable transport.- Fit and reliable, with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude.- HR Driver's Licence is highly regarded, but not required (pathway provided).What We Offer- Growth & Up-skilling: Dedicated pathway and support to complete your HR Truck Licence.- Competitive Pay: Above award hourly rates paid weekly, plus penalties and allowances.- Stable Work: Long-term local project pipeline with a supportive team culture.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
