Fresh from a $700 million dollar capital raise, this disruptor in the surging renewable energy sector aims to make it easier for consumers to transition to renewable energy sources by offering a unified platform for solar panels, battery storage, and electric vehicle charging. Their goal is to create a seamless ecosystem for energy management and accelerate the shift towards a sustainable energy future.
In this hands on position, you will oversee nationwide operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in delivering top-tier solar, battery, and smart energy solutions. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving growth, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of innovation and sustainability.
We seek a visionary leader with proven experience in senior operational roles, preferably within the renewable energy, energytech, electrical or related industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing successful operational improvements. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to sustainability and a passion for renewable energy are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage national operations, including procurement, logistics, project management, installation and customer service, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives and relationships to optimize operational performance, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with company goals, ensuring all departments work cohesively towards our mission.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence by implementing best practices, innovative technologies, and efficient processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols, maintaining the highest level of operational integrity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, partners, and customers to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the development and training of operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional growth.
• Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics, providing regular reports to the Directors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role in the renewable energy, energytech, electrical or related fields.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully implementing operational improvements.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading large, diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to sustainability and renewable energy, with a passion for making a positive impact on the environment.

The salary package on offer here will be commensurate with candidate experience, however is in the mid to high 200k range.
