We are seeking to appoint a
Chief of Staff to the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) to lead the GCEO Office and provide strategic leadership, operational support, and effective communication across various stakeholders within SJGHC.
The Chief of Staff will collaborate closely with the Executive Team to ensure the successful execution of organisational goals and initiatives and enable improvements to organisational performance.
The role will support the GCEO by acting as a a strategic business partner in helping to develop strategy, initiatives and execution, functioning as a connection to the organisation, providing operational and environmental insight, assisting with key initiatives and effective Board reporting.
You will possess excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights, demonstrate exception communication and interpersonal skills and hold strong project management capabilities, along with a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in dealing with sensitive information.
