The AHP Healthcare team are proud to be assisting with an established Child Safety provider with a presence in multiple states across Australia. The available CEO opportunity is seeking an experienced candidate with the drive and passion to join their innovative and growing team.
You would be representing this organisation to a high standard, continuing the long standing, successful partnerships with a range of stakeholders as well as introducing new clients to the brand and assisting with operational duties
A passion within Child Safety is a must with enthusiasm to ultimately ensure valued clients with complex needs, including child protection and disabilities are supported in crisis situations. You will be leading a team of dedicated professionals work together to provide high quality, personalised care to clients and healthcare professionals alike.

About You:

We're looking for a driven candidate with knowledge of the Child Services processes who can add value to the team. High energy, committed, great work ethic and the ability to have fun while you work in a team environment.
For this role, we need you to have previous acting CEO or high level management background within Child Services.
Skills &
Experience:

• Must have knowledge or experience in Child Safety
• Substancial management experience for a relevant organisation
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
