At Poodle Bar &
Bistro, we put our guests experience first and strive to offer the best hospitality in the biz, and we are on the hunt for a skilled &
passionate chef on a full-time basis, to help us continue to reach that goal. We love to grow and develop the business itself and the staff within it s walls are no exception.

Poodle offers a candle lit Bistro, 2 private function spaces, relaxing public bar and terracotta tiled courtyard all paired with an exciting food and beverage offering. We also have a handful of events that run throughout the year;
our Patio Parties are the things of legend, with guest chefs, DJs, and wine producers taking over the venue for a day of good vibes.

Our small kitchen team works with the best ingredients and exciting cooking techniques to create an ever evolving European/French leaning Bistro style menu, recreating classics for the modern pallet. We love baking our housemade sourdough daily, pickling vegetables and grilling food over the hibachi.

We are on the hunt for people who love food and beverage, someone who embraces change and growth and enjoys having fun whilst doing it.

Poodle is open Tuesday Friday for Dinner only, Saturday for Lunch &
Dinner and Sunday for Lunch only. With a generous full-time salary &
Work Life Balance on offer.
