What weare looking for
Previous experience in a Chef de Partie position
The skills and knowledge to execute cooking techniques and food preparation processes for a Tex-Mex menu
Strong knowledge on Food Safety compliance and WHS regulations
Availability to work weekends and meet the requirements of a full time position (a minimum of 38 hours per week)
