At ANZ, we're applying new ways technology and data can be harnessed as we work towards a common goal:

Our community of over 5,000 engineers is key to making this happen, because technology underpins every part of our business - from delivering tools, apps and services for our customers, to building a bank for the future.

About the Role

As a Cloud Success Partner - Chapter Lead you will work closely with internal customers to optimise their experience of consuming CDIS services. You will partner with a customer segment to understand the products and services they need from CDIS and support them in consuming those services. You will proactively work with your customer to build a roadmap for Cloud and CoLo migration ensuring efficient delivery based on our principle of 'treating the application once'. You will understand all the other driving factors of change for your customer's applications;
i.E. Application ALM and EOL/EOS Hardware and Software. You will ensure your customer is aware of the latest CDIS Strategies and migration principles. You will also be a cloud evangelist, marketing and promoting the benefits of cloud to key internal stakeholders and helping them overcome any blockers in their journey to cloud.

Banking is changing and we're changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow. Whatever your role at ANZ, you'll be building your future, while helping to build ours.

What will your day look like?

As a Chapter Lead you will be responsible for building up the capability of your chapter (team) and improving the way we work. Success in this role will come from helping your team members thrive. - Provide thought leadership to the chapter and help set the strategic direction. This may include solving cross Technology Division problems or connecting customers across Divisions.

- Work closely with internal customers to build a shared application roadmap for Cloud and CoLo migration. Addressing all current and future drivers of change (i.E. ALM). Driving the roadmap to completion with engagement into the relevant CDIS teams.

- Work on large strategic initiatives (e.G. Simplified Engineering, Actionable Data) to ensure CDIS &
Technology's strategic goals and OKRs are achieved.

- Understand the products and services the customer needs from CDIS. Help to facilitate delivery of those products and services through the CDIS Front Door. Understand during the delivery where the execution is at and provide insights and updates to your customers.

- Act as 'Voice of the Customer' inside of CDIS, communicating to the Platform teams and our Guidance and Architecture functions on where improvements can be made. Representing the customer in all Cloud / CoLo / Strategic internal CDIS discussions.

- Guiding internal customers on how to use CI/CD tooling, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and on premises solutions.

- Working with cloud platform delivery teams to guide them on high priority customer requirements.

- Be part of the Cloud Adoption &
