Centre Manager

Welcome to Warners Bay Milestones Early Learning! We are 100 place centre located in the heart of Warners Bay! We have five large learning spaces:
Nursery, Toddler 1, Toddler 2, Junior Preschool and Preschool, for children to grow and develop based on their needs and individual milestones. We have two beautiful large outdoor environments with natural elements and areas for children to explore, learn and grow! We believe in flexibility and balance within our centre, this ensures our educators are getting the best out for what they need and also what our centre needs. We love events offering time for families to come and engage in beautiful surroundings and share moments with their children. Our team is very warm and welcoming sharing our Affinity Values in our everyday practices!

We have a rare opportunity for an empowering People Leader with a high-performing mindset to guide and support educators and families within the centre.
You will:

• Manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
• Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
• Mentor and support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• A current Working with Children's Check
• Experience in a management or leadership role
• Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
