Role purpose The key purpose of the Centre Manager is to provide leadership across multiple business functions at the Centre level, including operations, marketing, other income, administration and customer service. The Centre Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of centre's financial result, proactive retailer management and the centre's operational functions. The Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring the onsite management team to build capability and engagement to ensure delivery of the Centres strategic objectives.
