Are you a safety professional who is looking to elevate your career? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our dedicated Safety and Risk team as a Business Partner - Safety and Risk.

This role will partner with designated business units to provide specialised coaching and advice on work health and safety and risk processes, practices and responsibilities and assist in the ongoing development of Council's Enterprise Risk Framework and Integrated Risk Management Systems. You will lean on your knowledge and understanding of work health and safety legislation to work towards identifying and monitoring safety, eliminating and controlling risks, reducing injury and illness and improving overall safety and risk performance. This role will require strong interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships with people at all levels of the organisation and external stakeholders, with a key focus on empowering our organisation to cultivate a positive safety culture for all.
