Your Role

As the Senior Business Analyst, you will be entrusted with leading the analysis and design of complex business systems and processes. Leveraging your expertise, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to identify opportunities for improvement, define requirements and recommend innovative solutions.

Your ability to utilise use case analysis and effectively define and document business requirements, will be essential in driving the success of projects. Furthermore, your demonstrated expertise in business process modeling, IT project management and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications will play a crucial role in ensuring the alignment of solutions with organisational objectives.

Additionally, your strong skills in eliciting and documenting user requirements, analysing requirements, testing, and suggesting process improvements will be vital in driving continuous enhancement and innovation.

About You

You will have a minimum 3+ years' experience in systems analysis, preferably with JD Edwards or Hospitality systems, you will possess strong knowledge of technical business process analysis, system development life cycle process, and proficiency in workflow, process design, reporting, and data analysis.

Familiarity with hospitality systems like Oracle Simphony and Kiosk systems will be highly regarded, along with experience in supporting Property Management Systems and ERP applications such as, Oracle JD Edwards.
