About Bohemia:

Bohemia was founded in 2011 to challenge the definition of media, and the function of a media agency. We do this by harnessing the power of media in all its forms to create profitable customer growth for our clients.

In 2017 we became a valued member of the M&

The Opportunity:

We have an opportunity for an experienced communications strategist to join at an exciting chapter in Bohemia's lifecycle. After relaunching the agency in 2023 and with significant new business momentum, The Group Strategy Director will be responsible for driving the evolution and implementation across the agency and key clients.

It is a role with significant scope for ownership and input into the direction of Bohemia's business, and will play a key role in accelerating growth as part of new business opportunities.

You will also be an integral part of the wider M&
C Saatchi group, workingacross integrated clients and playing a key role in the cross function strategy unit made up of Brand, CX, Advertising, PR, Sponsorship and Social experts.

We're looking for an ambitious strategist looking to get hands on with agency product, bring fresh thinking to clients, is comfortable leveraging data and analytics to shape growth opportunities, and can work independently leading strategic responses for clients and pitches.

A Snapshot of What You'll Do:

  • Champion the development and roll out of our Movement Mapping product, ensuring all clients have ecosystems in place that drive our planning and implementation.
  • Craft detailed measurement frameworks to ensure we are able to quantify the impact of our strategic approaches, and form new hypotheses that fuel the evolution of our campaigns.
  • Inspire teams to challenge the status quo and deliver standout &
    insightful communication solutions.
  • Foster productive engagements with the strategy &
    research units of mediapublishers, ensuring that we have a strong understanding of their audience and growth ambitions.
  • Drive strong relationships with senior strategic and integration teams across media/tech partners and participate in major media briefings encouraging communication solutions going beyond Paid into Owned, Shared and Earned Channels.
  • Support in driving New Business, through ownership of strategic response in pitches.
  • Lead, inspire and mentor the agency to develop their curiosity about media, communications and their clients businesses.

Skill &
Attributes:

  • Have a depth of experience and capability in leading and building the strategic and connection planning function. You must be able to consistently deliver innovative and insightful strategies that focus on driving client growth.
  • A thought leader that can identify innovation and improvement opportunities both within and beyond briefs across every client in the agency. Someone who will fight to bring great work to life at all levels with the agency.
  • An analytical nature, comfortable in conversations around data, technology and measurement, with the ability to collaborate with specialists in this area to create bespoke solutions.
  • A passion for brands, ideas and what makes people tick, combining the latest industry knowledge with cultural observations to deliver cutting edge thinking.
  • A role model for agency collaboration, leading the way in delivering strategic &
    connected multi-discipline solutions across the agency group.
  • Proven track record on leading new business pitches.
