The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with either CPA or CA qualifications (or working towards) to join the Bengalla Commercial team on a Permanent, Fulltime basis.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:

• The annual business plan and regular reforecasting processes
• Capital management and providing guidance to internal stakeholders
• Leadership of the site Business Improvement function
• Business risk management based on value enhancement
• Insurance management and co-ordination of renewals
• Liaising with senior management team and wider business

In this role, you will also provide Bengalla Mine management with analysis of business strategic options and reasoned recommendations for business enhancement.

Qualifications and experience

To be successful, you will need:

• Accounting Qualifications (CPA or CA or working towards)
• Mining industry experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work in a small friendly team
• Focus on continuous improvement
• Experience with Pulse ERP and Xeras modelling software is desirable but not essential
