Bar Manager

Established in 2012 after a series of events and pop ups IDES oppened as a permanent restaurant in 2016 and has since expanded to open a bar, MARCH and private dining room in 2021.
We are on the looking for an experienced individual to take on the role of Bar Manager. This position is an integral part of our dynamic and creative restaurant.
Our ideal candidate will have
- Experience as a both wait staff and a bar staff.
- Leadership abilities for guiding and communicating with guests and staff.
- Willingness to understand the financial oversight of maintaing and running the bar.
- Experience in planning and executing training initiatives for staff development.
- Knowledge and creativity to create a modern cocktail list as well as serving classic cocktails.
- Proactive approach to enhancing guest experiences, managing feedback, and coordinating events.
- Awillingness to support venue as required.
- Dedication to workplace safety standards and fostering a positive work environment.
IDES offers dinner 5 nights a week, Wednesday through Sunday and sunday Lunch. We work with a smal amount of suppliers, artisans and ask that service can represent these.
