We have a great opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in managing our Assurance learning portfolio. This role is offered on a 12 month contract.

As the Learning Business Partner, you will program manage the Assurance learning portfolio in Oceania in line with regional &
global priorities. Thisincludes identifying learning needs, designing training programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs. Working closely with the Assurance Learning Business Partner Leader, this role is responsible for:

  • The review, design, and development of technical learning in Oceania
  • Continuous improvement of the Oceania Assurance technical learning curriculum
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to tailor learning offerings to meet business needs
  • Working closely with Talent Development team to deliver priorities that are aligned to the Assurance strategy.

The Assurance Learning Business Partner Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering a simplified and impactful technical learning for the Assurance business. The primary purpose of the role is to program manage the Assurance learning portfolio in Oceania in line with regional &
global priorities. Thisincludes identifying learning needs, designing training programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs.

  • Demonstrated strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal and influencing skills with senior/executive level stakeholders
  • Ability to build, develop and positively influence internal client relationships across business and teams in a highly matrixed organisation
  • Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles for content/program design and development is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in delivery of large, complex projects to diverse audience
  • Strong program management skills including project and time management skills and the ability to implement organisational frameworks as required.
  • Agility and ability to plan and deliver work in line with market disruptions and evolving organisational changes
  • Flexibility and adaptability in terms of dealing with evolving outcomes, timelines, dependencies and stakeholders
  • Detailed understanding of EY's learning policies and processes
  • Maintaining a team focus and demonstrating effective team behaviours
  • Learning and development and business acumen (financial management, budget forecasting and strategy development)
