Associate Director / Director Of Valuations - Broome

The Company:

Our client is a leading valuation firm with national coverage. With an excellent track record of building long-term relationships, this highly respected agency consistently delivers the best outcome time and time again. They are now looking for an experienced Valuer to join their leadership team in Broome as Director or Associate Director.

About the Role:

As a Director, you will have the opportunity to work with other leaders to mentor and lead the business's Northwest operations. This role offers you a unique step-up that will give you valuable skills in client and business management to excel within the valuations field.
Our client is also open to looking at arrangements including profit share or partial sale of the business etc.
The Responsibilities:

• Help manage operations and team for the Northwest
• Undertake valuations of a variety of commercial, residential and government property
• Promote commercial opportunities through business development
• Undertake valuations of different portfolios for disposals, acquisitions, mortgage, financial reporting, and general advisory
• Proactively focus on achieving individual and team budget goals
• Ensuring that specific systems are updated regularly with relevant client and valuation information
• All whilst enjoying the laid-back lifestyle in Broome

About You:

• CPV Certification
• Commercial Valuation fundamentals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A high degree of accuracy and an eye for detail
• Solid understanding and compliance with work-related legislation and standards
• Ability to work independently and mentor a small team
• Appetite to grow a business
