ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Sydney, Audible is seeking an Associate Director of Brand and Content Marketing for a 15 month parental leave cover. This role will drive the development and delivery of impactful marketing and communication campaigns for Audible spanning advertising, communications, brand and talent collaborations to deliver business objectives.

As an Associate Director, Brand and Content Marketing, you will...
- Content Marketing:
Lead the marketing strategy and implementation of a constant stream of premium content for release in Australia, supporting Original and 3P releases. Maximize talent promotion through creation of high impact promotional assets and dissemination over partner channels with a goal to grow awareness and engagement via paid, owned and earned media
- Brand Marketing:
Lead Australian brand marketing for Audible offerings, partnering with global teams to ensure brand alignment and execution based on overall direction. Create plans that will be rolled out across all marketing channels, based on in-depth marketing research and customer insights. Building communication approaches that will be tested in the market to reach the best result. You’ll work closely with the awareness media team to maximise creative impact
- Communication and project management:
Project manage campaigns and events with impeccable organizational skills. Collaborate with internal teams to manage projects, implement campaigns, events and promotions with effective project management, weekly status and conference reports following meetings to ensure everyone is on the same page. Effectively facilitate communication with internal teams/external partner agencies (media, event, creative)
- Research and insights:
Work with local and international partners to deliver audience, service and content-related research. Provide support on brand-tracking, UX/CX research and other streams defined in conjunction with the newly-created International Research team
- Reporting and analysis:
Provide regular reporting and analysis of activity to determine campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
