Position Description


The Australian Client Fulfillment team is responsible for the provision of new corporate and FI/NBFI client business onboarding, from the opening of local "
Corporate"
accounts through to multi country, multi product projects.

This client facing team supports the Bank's Sales partners to ensure the franchises' brand is maintained through effectively transitioning clients from their existing banks to Bank of America cash management and trade services.


Key Responsibilities

  • As a strong team player work with the Manager and team to prioritize client requests to execute onboarding projects to deliver products and services in a "
    Speed to Market"
    methodology
  • Partner with the Bank's Sales team to ensure client technical solutions are effectively scoped, advising clients on technical infrastructure/services where required
  • Effectively manage multiple projects through Case Tracking disciplines completing within SLA timeframes.
  • Timely responses to implementation and associated queries / requests from internal partners
  • Conduct research and respond to clients in a timely manner and to include relevant internal partners where appropriate
  • Master and utilize the many Bank systems to support the tasks associated with making the role a success
  • Liaise with Global Transaction Services (GTS) support functions (Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to ensure the Fulfillment team's services are operationally and risk efficient
  • Ensure a smooth transition for clients to the Bank's dedicated Service team
  • Support and advise management on opportunities for the Fulfillment team's strategic and operational development
  • Experienced professional and midlevel contributor, may also perform supervisory or junior level management role. Typically individual will have 4 or more years of experience.


Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a client facing, project management environment
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Cash Management and Trade products
  • Technical understanding of banking services, particularly online banking, 'Host to Host 'infrastructures and ERP systems
  • The ability to maintain a customer focus whilst negotiating an international staff network
  • An exceptionally strong desire to succeed in a challenging and demanding high performance environment
