About the Role

Are you ready for the next step in your retail management career? We are looking for an Assistant Store Managerto join our Sheridan Surry Hills Outlet.

This is a Full time 38 hour role working from Sunday- Thursday

• Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets.
• Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service.
• Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling.
• Maintain store operations including stock management and VM.
• Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal, however not necessary.
