Successful Candidates Will Have
Previous experience in a supervisory or junior manager role (this does not need to be within hospitality, as industry training will be provided)
A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally
Lead from the front with the team, on the floor, not in an office
Have a big-picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met
Availability for weekend shifts and late nights
A passion for recruiting, training, and developing talented individuals who will be the future leaders within the business
