We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Rockpool Bar &

Preferred Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or junior manager experience, with a strong understanding of profit measures and a drive to exceed sales goals, industry training provided.
Eagerness to grow both personally and professionally, leading from the front with a focus on daily deliverables and a willingness to go above and beyond for the team and clientele.
Availability for weekends and late nights, coupled with a passion for attracting and nurturing talented individuals for future leadership roles.
Ability to create an outstanding looking venue, ensuring a happy team, and delivering a fantastic dining experience for our customers.

Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field.
Certification in restaurant or food service management would be beneficial.
Familiarity with workplace health and safety standards.
