What weare looking for
Previous experience in a junior management or supervisory role within a casual dining environment and retail space
A guest centric and hands on approach to coaching and training team members
Experience supervising a team with the desire to learn more about end-to-end operations and the successful running of the front of house team
A strong attention to detail and the passion to implement appropriate initiatives to improve sales, enhance guest experience and coach team members to support the accomplishment of their career and personal goals
A valid RSA and the flexibility to work across a 7-day roster with lunch and dinner shift timings
