TheRole:
This is a rare opportunity for a Residential Property Manager to step up into the world of Commercial Property or an experienced Assistant Commercial property manager ready to take on their own portfolio.
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will work closely with the Director of the business &
Operations manager, across several commercial, retail &
industrial assets and your day-to-day duties will include but aren't limited to the below:
- Manage a well-maintained commercial portfolio
- Commercial portfolio of commercial and industrial assets
- Conduct Rent Reviews
- Liaise with Solicitors on Leasing Documents &
Compliance - Property Inspections
- Arrears Management
The Candidate:
- Strong passion for Commercial Property
- A Confident &
Assertive Personality with the Ability to Build Rapport Easily - A Strong Ambition to Build a Successful Career in Commercial Management
- Experience in residential real estate or commercial property ideal
- Agent's Representative Certificate
