Aboutthe role
The HSW Business Partner isaccountable for the delivery of high level health, safety andwellbeing business partnering and services across the Authority.The role will focus on the development, implementation andmonitoring of health and safety programs and initiatives, safetysystem governance and consultative arrangements, reviewing andmonitoring workplace incidents, injuries and hazards as well asinitiate appropriate investigation processes to identify rootcauses and improvement opportunities to risk mitigation strategies.The role will also provide advice and coaching to Executive leadersand the Peak and Local Health Safety and Wellbeing committees onthe Authority's safety system performance including earlyidentification of emerging risks, risk profiling and reporting oftrends and achievements against established targets.

Requirements
Desirable- Appropriate tertiary qualification in WHS Management, HealthScience / Psychology, Risk Management or other relateddiscipline.
Remuneration
$97,022- $102,626 (ASO6)
