About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key agency accounts within a specific agency patch - either GroupM &
Dentsu or IPG &
Publicis.
You will develop and execute account plans for key clients, identifying growth opportunities, setting revenue targets, and driving sales initiatives. Collaboration with the commercial team will be essential to grow revenue from existing accounts and secure new revenue streams from client teams within your agency patch.

You will report to the commercial team with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results, and proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. You will become an expert on adaptive streaming, understanding its unique video performance, sustainability benefits, and value proposition. You will also champion these benefits in the market, at networking and industry events. Managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial brief to pitch and close, you will ensure a seamless experience for agency client teams.

Additionally, you will work with and provide feedback to the global Product team to help refine and develop features and enhancements to the SeenThis product offering. You will also assist in building and adapting sales material, best practices, educational content, and post-campaign reporting collateral.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in media agency sales

  • Demonstrated revenue success in agency-focused digital media or ad technology sales, managing pipelines and achieving targets.

  • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships within an agency-focused sales portfolio.

  • Experience in tailoring and presenting go-to-market sales material to agencies and clients.

  • Successful in a semi-autonomous role with strong motivation and drive to achieve targets.

  • Commercially oriented with experience preparing briefs and pitching product solutions to agencies and clients.

  • Strong understanding of digital media and programmatic implementation within agencies;
    background in technicaloperations or campaign implementation is a plus.

  • Proven track record in identifying and pitching bespoke media, ad-tech, or product use cases.
