The Location
You will be living in a vibrant regional town offering a combination of natural beauty, agricultural production, and historical significance. Your Main Duties
As an After Hours Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the overseeing of nursing operations typically outside of regular business hours, such as evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Your primary role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and effective management of nursing staff during these periods when regular managerial personnel may not be available. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to the nursing staff working during after-hours shift, addressing any issues or concerns that arise, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
To be eligible for the position, you must have the following:
Current registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions
National Crime Check, or willingness to obtain
Working with Children's Check, or willingness to obtain
Experience in Clinical Nurse Management
